Тhe top 20 places in Europe to invest in propertyAccording to a new report that came out in the end of last year, composed by the Global Property Guide and reported byUK’s Daily Telegraphnewspaper the most attractive destination for invest in real estate is the Hungarian capital city Budapest. Among the top 20 places in Europe are also the Macedonian capital Skopje - in second place, and the Bulgarian capital Sofia coming in 17th.

Most major cities in Central and South Eastern Europe are also named in the survey – among them Prague (18), Ljubljana (14), Bratislava (13), Bucharest (12), Warsaw (11), Chisinau (10), Riga (9), Zagreb (5) and Istanbul (4).

The Bulgarian capital Sofia used to be an attractive destination for many Europeans before the financial crisis that hit the market there, however today many British investors pull their capital out of the city and the whole country. In their place came buyers from Russia, but they are mostlyfocused on properties situated along the Black Sea coast.
